Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to get a quote, place an order and follow their appraisal on this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions.

Our standard

We build the site, the client portal and our documents to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The site works on phones as narrow as 390 pixels, respects your device's "reduce motion" setting, and is available in English and Spanish.

What we're still improving

We test the site with automated tools and by hand, but some parts may not work perfectly with every assistive technology. Appraisal reports are PDFs in a standard professional format; if you need your report in another format, ask and we'll help.

If something on the site doesn't work for you, send us a message through the contact form with the page and the problem. We'll reply within 1 business day and offer another way to get done what you need.
