Divorce Appraisals Attorneys Can Rely On
When a marital home has to be divided, both sides need a value that holds up. We appraise the property as of today or as of a past date, such as the filing date, and document every step so the report can be questioned and defended.
When You Need One
- Equitable distribution of the marital home
- One spouse is buying out the other
- A past date is needed (date of filing or separation)
- The other side's appraisal doesn't look right
What You Get
- Interior and exterior inspection
- Current or retrospective (past-date) value
- PDF report in your portal, by the date you choose when you book
- 30 days of support for questions about the report
- Deposition and trial testimony available, billed separately
We're independent: the value is the same no matter who orders it. Both spouses can engage us jointly by agreeing in writing. If one spouse has already ordered from us, the other can join that engagement in writing rather than placing a separate order.

Questions
Can you appraise the home as of the date we filed?
Yes. Choose "A past date" in the quote and tell us the date and reason. The report states that date as the effective date.
The other spouse lives in the house. How do you get in?
Tell us who controls access when you order. We contact them to schedule. If we go to the property and can't get in, a trip fee applies, as shown in your engagement letter.
Will you testify?
Yes. Depositions and trial testimony are available and billed hourly against a retainer, separate from the appraisal fee.
Who sees the report?
Only you and the intended users named in the engagement letter. It's delivered as a PDF in your private portal.
